These questions are so thought-provoking!-:)i think it is important to have processes and structures in an organisation in general.To maximise productivity.Then again, there may some people who think otherwise.When they oppose a rule, they simply ignore the orders for as long as they could get away with it!These people are not anxious to hear any advice and telling them how to do their jobs is the last thing that they want!
